Services
KUVI Childcare Ltd provides early-years educational childcare and learning workshops for children aged 2–5. Descriptions and schedules on this site are informational; the binding details (group, days, start date) are confirmed in writing at booking.
Booking and contract
A place is confirmed once we accept your pre-booking and the annual registration fee (30 €) is settled. Fees follow the rates displayed on this site and are due termly or monthly, at booking. We may adjust future rates with reasonable notice.
Cancellation
Booked sessions can be moved within the same term subject to availability. Registration fees are not refundable once the family file has been opened.
Liability
We are responsible for children only during booked, supervised sessions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
